Problem:
An existing building shell, complete with roofing and brickwork, lacked interior vision, functional spaces, and essential utilities, requiring a complete interior design and build-out.
Solution:
Developed a cohesive, modern, and clean aesthetic applied uniformly across all interior spaces. Envisioned and completed the layout for a spacious four-bedroom house, optimizing flow and natural light.Integrated all necessary utilities and infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Selected and installed contemporary finishes, fixtures, and fittings to create a harmonious and inviting, modern oasis.
